How usage is counted
Usage is counted in pages: one image is one page, counted when it converts successfully. The counter resets on the first of each calendar month — no rolling windows, no surprises. Failed images never count. Files are kept for 72 hours after each conversion, on every plan.
Exporting the same page as TXT, DOCX and PDF still counts the page once — we read the image once and never charge per export. The API draws from the same monthly pool as the web tool.
